Fei received her Master of Architecture at The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Bachelor Degree in Architectural Studies at The University of Hong Kong. Fei is a Licensed Architect in the US, she has worked on projects of various scales in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Mainland China, Macau and Thailand.

She served as Program Committee Chair at the American institute of Architects (HK chapter) in 2021 and Committee Chair of the Emerging Professionals Committee in 2022. Besides attending reviews as guest critic at various Universities in Hong Hong, Fei is also running a Mentorship program that connects architecture students with experienced architects at AIA. In 2019, Fei was the Co-curator for ‘Cross Boundary – Architecture x Fashion’, an exhibition organized by The Hong Kong Architecture Center.
