Guanyou concurrently leads the Strategy & Governance and the International Relations divisions in Design Singapore Council. The role entails shaping and informing the organisation’s priorities internally, while also collaborating with partners to extend the influence and appreciation of Singapore Design globally. 

Prior to joining Design Singapore Council, Guanyou was based in London overseeing the regional markets in UK, France and Italy for the Economic Development Board of Singapore. In the UK, he worked with chief executives and senior leaders of multi-national companies on their internationalisation strategies to Singapore and Asia; with a focus on the Consumer, Healthcare and Professional Services sectors.
