Arthur Shek is the Managing Partner of the Hong Kong Office of McKinsey & Company. He focuses on serving companies in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Asia on holistic transformation in business model, organisation, and technology. He has also done extensive work helping companies on innovation and building new attacker businesses.
Arthur advises various startups in the region, as well as is active in youth empowerment. He is a Co-founder of the Melo Program, and also serves on the Board of Junior Achievement Hong Kong. Arthur holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and is a Past President of the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Hong Kong.
