Ondrej has graduated from a university in the UK with a degree in Business Management. After seven years in UK, Ondrej joined from 2011 the government agency of the Czech Republic CzechInvest were he spent seven years as a project manager, head of the strategic projects department and then as director of the foreign representative office for China and Southeast Asia based in Shanghai. In 2018, Ondrej joined the Joint Czech-Chinese Chamber of Mutual Cooperation, where he was in charge of organising expositions of Czech companies at the China International Import Expo (CIIE). In February 2021, Ondrej together with his partners founded Cementum, s.r.o., a company whose main objective is to reduce the environmental impact of concrete products.
