Janice is a writer, producer and sustainability advocate based in Hong Kong. For over a decade, Janice has written, spoken, advised and produced films and videos on the subjects of food, luxury travel, social media, and sustainability. Although based in Hong Kong, her writing can be found across the globe, in such publications as Condé Nast Traveler, New York Times, Monocle, Wall Street Journal, and more. She started her career in food writing first at a community magazine in Melbourne, then in Hong Kong at LUXE City Guides. She started farmers' market Island East Markets in 2012 and continues to consult for its current rendition, Tong Chong Street Market, and is involved in various sustainability related projects in Hong Kong, such as advising for Zero Foodprint Asia. In 2017, she also co-founded multimedia creative agency Capsule48.
